Since the organizing committee of 2023 INCCS released the notice , participating schools and students have actively signed up. At the same time, many schools have reported that due to the compression of funds by schools after the epidemic, students are facing limited funds to participate in on-site competitions. The organizing committee of the 2023 INCCS has decided to issue the following announcement after research:

1. The 2023 INCCS will launch a dual track (online and live) competition. 

2. Technical arrangements will be made for the online competition, but the competition time, fee standards, evaluation rules, and award settings will be consistent between the online and on-site races. 

3.The organizing committee has accumulated mature experience in on-site and online competitions since the establishment of the competition in 2016, and promises to continue to hold the 2023 INCCS.
