CNCC (Communications and Negotiation Committee China) to the United States Participating in the TNC (The Negotiation Challenge) negotiation competition

From April 6th to April 8th, 2018, the delegation of the Committee went to San Francisco, USA under the leadership of Zeng Xiaochun and participated in the 2018 TNC (The Negotiation Challenge) negotiation competition. The visit to the United States to participate in the international negotiation competition held in San Francisco is a return visit after the signing of the cooperation memorandum between the Committee and the TNC in 2017. The delegation of the committee consists of President Zeng Xiaochun, Deputy Director Mei Hua, Secretary-General Zhang Shougang, The teacher from Capital University of Economics and Business Li Yan , and 6 students: Zhang Jinghe, Yang Yi, Cao Meng from Capital University of Economics and Business, and Zhang weiyu, Li Mingyuan, and Xie Yuxuan from the Northern University for Nationalities.

Eighteen college teams from around the world have gone through four rounds of fierce competition. The American University Washington College of Law won the gold medal. The EADA (Escuana de Alta Direccion y Administracion ) business school won the silver medal. The Capital University of Economics and Business team won the bronze medal. The students from the Northern Minzu University also showed good quality and won praise from the organizers.

Founded in 2007, TNC is an international organization headquartered at the Leipzig School of Business in Germany. After more than ten years of development, the TNC has become one of the most authoritative events in the world’s business negotiation field. Its teams in 2018 in San Francisco include the Kennedy School of Harvard University, University of Berkeley, University of Bonn, Germany, EADA Business School etc. This year, under the recommendation of CNCC, The teams from Capital University of Economics and Business won the bronze medal for the first time for Chinese universities to participate in the competition, which is not easy.

The delegation further strengthened the relationship between the two organizations through this activity and exchanged learning. It fully grasped the TNC's competition process, and the evaluation methods and competition cases laid the foundation for the committee's next international competition.
