Dr. Liang Xiaojie, is an associate professor in College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University of China. Tianjin University is the first modern higher educational institute in China established in 1895 and tops in many fields, such as architecture, chemical engineering, precise instrument and management science. Meanwhile, Prof. Liang serves as international accreditation director for the college, and leads the educational management accreditation process for many degree programs, such as MBA, EMBA and DBA programs.
She graduated as a Ph.D. in educational management in 1998 from the Angeles University as Cum Laude of the year. Courses she teaches include Managerial Communication, Business Negotiation, Human Resources Management and Managerial Psychology. Her research interests focus on managerial communication and career development. In the past 5 years, she published more than 20 PRJ articles and finished about 10 research projects funded by municipal government or university administration. Besides, there are 5 text books and nearly 10 translation works published in this period.In 2019, she won the Prize of “100 Best Business Cases of the Year” in China, discussing cross department communication of China Mobile. She is also a certified EAP trainer and Marriage and family counselor.
