Background: Majored in Mechanical engineering during University, and now in MBA program in Capital university of Economy and Business.

About negotiation: sufficient preparation is always the most important for negotiations, we need to know the real demand of opposite side, or maybe we can call them “partner” since we have same target to get the deal finally for what we negotiated. Also, we must know very well for demand/requirement for ourselves, to insure it’s what we want for the negotiations. Meanwhile, the situation of both parties and the exchange conditions we can offer during the negotiation need to be analyzed deeply as well. Better preparation will lead the good result for us. During the negotiations, we need to listen to the opposite side carefully but not always talking, listening is the only way to continue the negotiation effectively, and to achieve the target successfully for both parties. Win-win is what we need to chase through the negotiations.
